The quality requirements of powder coatings include:

requirements of physical and mechanical properties
Impact test, cross-cut adhesion test, pencil hardness test, flexibility test, Erichsen slow penetration test, etc.

requirements of chemical properties
Weatherability test, salt spray test, acid resistance test, alkaline resistance test, etc.

requirements of surface quality
Color difference, gloss, particle size, etc. 

 Quality assurance department：

The department is responsible to implement company quality management system according to regulation requirements, IATF-16949 management requirements, customer expectations and general management requirements. Through various management methods, product quality control techniques, tireless quality inspection, prevention management and faith in continuous improvement, customers’ quality need, such as consistent quality, punctual delivery, reasonable pricing and satisfactory service for sustainable business operation, are fulfilled.
